A standout pack that I can strongly recommend. Fantastic electrical performance, matching or exceeding DeWalt's battery for literally 1/3 the cost, plus a working engineered safety fuse. Only failure mode is the tool contacts, which could bend out of shape and fail over time. Improve that and this becomes the instant S-tier 3rd-party champion.

Actual capacity is 4.3 Ah, vs 6 Ah advertised.
Flimsy tool-contacts are a legitimate failure mode, but otherwise robust.
4.3 Ah capacity.
Solid cells and great electrical construction make this a high-performing battery.
Only tested battery (so far) with a thermal/mechanical fuse built in. It activates reliably too.

Cycling Test
We cycle the batteries at high-power (800W for 20s on, then 20W for 6s off) to reflect their actual usage in high-load scenarios like circular saw use.
Capacity Test
We measure the amount of usable energy the pack supplies from 100% to 0% charge.
Pack Internal Resistance Test
Failure Test
The battery is stepped through 30s at increasing current levels, ignoring safety features like temperature and voltage warnings, until the pack fails catastrophically.
