Cannot recommend CEENR batteries due to their poor electrical construction. Skip these packs that skimp on current-routed PCBs and instead use soldered wire harnesses. The 8ah pack using 21700 cells adds an additional layer of danger, as the harness is woefully undersized to the pack output.

Actual capacity is 7.28 Ah, vs 8 Ah advertised.
Decent cells are capable of putting out current, but poor construction cannot handle it. Bad recipe.

High-quality 21700 cells performed well. But also melted the pack.
Undersized wiring plus oversized 21700 cells create extreme thermal conditions within the pack, leading to potential melting and shorts.

Cycling Test
We cycle the batteries at high-power (800W for 20s on, then 20W for 6s off) to reflect their actual usage in high-load scenarios like circular saw use.
Capacity Test
We measure the amount of usable energy the pack supplies from 100% to 0% charge.
Pack Internal Resistance Test
Failure Test
The battery is stepped through 30s at increasing current levels, ignoring safety features like temperature and voltage warnings, until the pack fails catastrophically.
